Refund policy

In case of error of LPP(sending a product different from the product ordered) or if the product delivered is defective, LPP will proceed, at the customer's option, to exchange or refund the product upon receipt by LPP of it, complete, in its original condition and its original packaging, provided that the customer formulates to LPP within three working days after delivery, any claim on the package delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened ...). The refund will be made at the option of LPP by credit to your bank account or by check sent to the name of the customer who placed the order and the billing address specified when ordering.
